What types of projects does Design365 take on?

Design365 is focused on commercial and development work, irrigation design, site renovations, small development parks and amenity areas, and selected residential projects.

Can Design365 work as a subconsultant?

Yes. Design365 can provide landscape architecture and irrigation support as a subconsultant to architects and civil engineers, or as focused technical support to contractors and landscape contractors.

Do you provide irrigation-only design?

Yes. Standalone irrigation design, renovations, hydraulic review, equipment selection, water-use improvements, and contractor coordination are core services.

Do you provide construction-phase services?

RFI responses, submittal review, site observations, punch-list support, and other construction-phase services can be included when appropriate and identified in the agreement.

What information is needed for a proposal?

Available survey, civil and architectural backgrounds, project location, requested services, permitting jurisdiction, schedule, proposal due date, and any owner or consultant requirements are helpful. Missing information can be discussed during the initial conversation.

Where does Design365 work?

Design365 is based in Post Falls, Idaho and primarily serves North Idaho, eastern Washington, and the Inland Northwest.
